Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

 

We try to keep things simple, honest and hassle-free—so you can spend more time putting your gear to work.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Every White Bark piece is finished to order to reduce waste, so please allow up to 10 business days for your items to leave our workshop in Los Angeles, CA. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive tracking details by email. 

We ship UPS Ground unless otherwise requested, and offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150. Orders over $500 require a signature at delivery.

International Orders

From Canada to Kuwait, our aprons have made it to over 35 countries. Most international shipments arrive within 5 business days, though customs delays can happen.

Note: international customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes or import fees. If a shipment is refused, you’ll be charged the original shipping, return fees and any duties incurred.

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but nothing’s at your door, double-check the address on your order and check in with neighbors or your carrier. We’re not able to refund orders lost or stolen after delivery, but if you'd like to add insurance to your shipment, email us at info@whitebarkworkwear.com before you place your order.

Address Changes

If you catch it before your shipping label is created, we can update it—just reach out. Once your package is in transit, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of delivery. Custom orders (embroidered or hemmed) are final sale. 

As a small business, we ask that customers cover return shipping or drop off items at our workshop in Los Angeles. To start a return, email us at info@whitebarkworkwear.com with your order number. We’ll issue a discounted return label and deduct the cost from  your refund. Original shipping isn’t refundable. 

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds may take a few extra days to appear in your account.

Repairs & Warranty

We stand behind every piece we make. If your apron arrives with a defect, please get in touch right away. Irregularities in color are normal with natural fibers and garment dyeing but true defects shouldn’t slip through. Email us at info@whitebarkworkwear.com with photos and details so we can make it right, either by repairing or replacing.

If your apron’s been well-loved and well-worn, we offer repairs at the cost of shipping. Whether it’s a tear, hole or blown-out strap—we’ll do our best to get it back in action.
