Returns, Exchanges, Terms & Conditions
We guarantee all of the products that we make and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products that are unworn and unwashed may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Garments returned or exchanged with stains, visibly worn or washed will not be accepted.
Please email info@whitebarkworkwear.com to begin a return or exchange. As a small business we are unable to cover the cost of returns, however we can issue a discounted label at your request to be deducted from your refund amount.
Custom embroidered and hemmed garments are final sale.
In the unusual event that our product fails due to defect please contact us for information on repair or replacement.
WORNWELL GUARANTEE: Garments damaged due to wear and tear will be repaired at only the cost of shipping and we will do our best to repair it back to its operable state. We typically will either patch or replace holes, rips, tears, etc. Please just send us an email at info@whitebarkworkwear.com so we can discuss repair options.
Please note: due to the use of natural fabrics and fibers, the irregularities and variations in the colors and texture of our products are characteristic of their natural qualities and are in no way to be considered as defects.
